On Boing Boing today,
an article about making a toaster from scratch. Pretty funny. Also made me glad that I farm and I sew... I mean, those are easy ways to "reconnect" in comparison. ;) Really, people think I'm nuts for making bread and applesauce from scratch and growing a few tomatoes and eggplants? There's no microwave smelting involved at least. This guy really needs to start a blog to document this adventure...
